Abstract Post rotation of university libraries aims to train new staffs, develop management cadres, improve defects of fixed posts, improve professionalism of staffs and stimulate vitality of different departments. Post rotation of university libraries needs to follow scientific principles, control the implementary process and reduce resistance of post rotation to ensure its effective implementation. 12 refs.
