A Survey on the Reference Services of 31 Provincial Public Libraries

在31个省级公共图书馆参考咨询服务现状的调查基础上,发现省级公共图书馆参考咨询服务发展的地域性差距较大、选择的两难境地以及合作式参考咨询服务发展的不平衡,提出从崭新的服务理念、科学发展观、负责的态度来重新审视参考咨询服务的定位,引导公共图书馆均衡发展,完善合作式参考咨询服务体系等改进建议。

Based on the survey on the reference services of 31 provincial public libraries, the article found that there are large regional gap and choice dilemma in the reference services of 31 provincial public libraries and there is imbalant development in cooperative reference services and proposed the suggestions such as reexamining the orientation of reference services from new service concept, scientific concept of development, responsible attitude to guide the balanced development of public libraries and perfect cooperative reference services system and so on. 5 refs.
