国红苹果叶片中常量元素的动态变化规律

Dynamic Change Rules of the Macroelements in Guohong Apple Leaves

为探明国红苹果幼龄树和成龄树叶片中常量元素的周年动态变化规律,在河北省农林科学院石家庄果树研究所苹果标本试验园内,分别采集了国红苹果幼龄树和成龄树叶片,利用VISTA-MPX等离子光谱仪等仪器测定了国红苹果叶片中5种常量元素的含量,并利用SPSS软件进行了多元统计分析和相关性分析。结果表明:整个生长周期内国红苹果幼龄树叶片的磷元素含量均高于成龄树,而氮和钾元素含量则低于成龄树;典型性相关分析结果表明,氮、磷、钾、钙元素在幼龄树与成龄树叶片中的含量均呈极显著正相关,镁元素在幼龄树与成龄树之间呈显著正相关。

The objective of this study is to determine the annual dynamic change rules of the macroelements in Guohong apple leaves between young trees and adult ones. The leaves of young and adult Guohong apple trees had been collected from apple samples experimental garden of Shijiazhuang Pomology Institute of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, the content of the five kinds of macroelements were tested by VISTA-MPX plasma spectrometer, and multivariate statistical analysis and correlation analysis had been done by SPSS software. The results showed that during the whole growth period the phosphorus content in young tree leaves were higher than that of adult tree leaves, while the nitrogen and potassium contents in young leaves were lower than that of adult tree leaves. Typical correlation analysis showed that the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium in young tree leaves were extremely significant positive with that of adults, while the content of magnesium between them had a significant positive correlation.
