摘要
在永甜7号甜瓜开花的当天,分别用有效成分用量0(清水,CK)、2、4、6和8 mg/kg的0.1%噻苯隆可溶性液剂进行浸瓜胎处理,研究了药剂不同施用浓度对甜瓜坐瓜率、裂瓜率、产量和品质的影响,并筛选出了用于甜瓜浸瓜胎的噻苯隆适宜施用浓度。结果表明:用0.1%噻苯隆浸瓜胎对甜瓜生长安全,其适宜浸瓜胎的施用浓度为6 mg/kg。该浓度处理下,甜瓜虽然有少量裂瓜(裂瓜率1.72%),但坐瓜率、单瓜重和产量明显提高,3项指标值分别为96.67%、447.80 g和6490.32 kg/hm2;且品质得到有效改善,虽然VC含量显著降低,但可溶性固形物含量明显提高且达到最大值(9.15%),可滴定酸含量(0.082%)明显降低,可溶性糖含量(63.429 mg/g)也有所增加。
Soak the embryo of muskmelon using 0. 1% thidiazuron soluble liquid agent with the amount of effective component of 0 (clear water, CK), 2, 4, 6 and 8 mg/kg on the bloom day of Yongtian No. 7, the effects of different concentrations of thidiazuron on fruit-setting rate, fruit-cracking rate, yield and quality of muskmelon were researched to select the appropriate concentration of thidiazuron. In the concentration, although fruit-cracking rate was 1.72%, the fruit-setting rate, single fruit weight and yield were all significantly increased than CK, they were 96. 67%, 447.80 g and 6 490. 32 kg/hm2, respectively, and the quality of muskmelon was improved, although the Vc content decreased significantly, the soluble solids content was significantly increased and reached the highest (9. 15%), the titratable acid content (0.082%) was significantly decreased, and the soluble sugar content (63.429 mg/g) was also increased.
