摘要
分别以甲苯二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与含氟聚醚多元醇ZDOL-1000反应,并以不同比例的三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚扩链剂与自制扩链剂进行改性,获得一系列改性氟化聚氨酯弹性体。对各弹性体样品的机械性能、热力学性能和表面能进行了表征,并测试了各弹性体的光固化粘接性能。结果表明,在光固化氟碳树脂作为胶粘剂的情况下,2种扩链剂可以克服氟化聚氨酯难以附着的缺点,起到改善粘接性能的作用;三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚更利于提升附着力,而且在甲苯二异氰酸酯体系中表现更突出。
In this article modified fluorinated polyurethane elastomers are synthesized by reaction of fluorinated polyether ZDOL- 1 000, and toluene diisocyanate or isophorone diisocyanate is modified by trime thylolpropane mono allyl ether and self-made extender. The thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of fluorinated polyurethane samples are characterized. The investigation of adhesive properties of samples are carried out. Results indicate that the adhesion of fluorinated polyurethane increased by light-curing when trime thylolpropane mono allyl ether and self-made extender are used as extenders. The trime thylolpropane mono allyl ether is more conducive to enhance the adhesion, especially in systems of toluene diisocyanate.
