A large number of coke oven gas is produced as a by-product in China＇s coking industry every year. The methanol production by coke oven gas can not realize value optimization, and the ability to resist market risk is weak. The aromatics production by methanol from coke oven gas is studied from the market prospects, technical progress and benefit analysis, which provides a new way for the development of green, health and sustainable coking industry.
