鸭感染禽坦布苏病毒血清学的检测与分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解中国鸭群感染禽坦布苏病毒流行病学的情况,采用建立的间接酶联免疫吸附试验(间接ELISA)对于2010年6月—2013年9月三年内采自福建、江西、浙江、广东、广西五省(区)发生产蛋异常鸭场的各品种开产种(蛋)鸭、后备种(蛋)鸭及肉鸭血样共6854份进行禽坦布苏病毒抗体的检测,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明:开产种(蛋)鸭、后备种(蛋)鸭及肉鸭中除肉用番鸭血清中未检出禽坦布苏病毒抗体外,其他品种鸭血清中禽坦布苏病毒抗体阳性率高低不一,揭示存在不同程度的禽坦布苏病毒感染,且感染谱扩大到肉鸭,为以上省(区)乃至中国鸭群需做好禽坦布苏病毒感染的预防提供了科学依据。 To investigate the epidemiology and analysis on Tembusu virus in ducks, all of 6854 samples were collected from laying ducks, ducks for breeding and meat ducks which were from duck farms of Fujian, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces during 2010-2013. These samples were detected by indirect ELISA and the results were also analyzed. The results showed that all antibodies against Tembusu virus of laying ducks, ducks for breeding and meat ducks were positive except meat muscovy ducks. The positive rate of antibody level against Tembusu virus was uneven. The results indicated that Tembusu viruses were still prevalent in ducks. And the infection spectrum had extended to meat ducks. It would be the scientific basis of the prevention of Tembusu virus in ducks in these provinces even all the country.
