解淀粉芽孢杆菌NCPSJ7抑制青霉病病原菌及防治梨采后青霉病的效果 被引量:11

摘要 为了试验广谱抗菌解淀粉芽孢杆菌NCPSJ7抑制青霉病致病菌及防治梨采后青霉病的效果。以NCPSJ7发酵液、发酵上清液、菌悬液及无菌胞外抗菌蛋白为试验材料,分别采用牛津杯法、果实打孔接种法检验NCPSJ7不同处理液对病原菌ACCC37275的平板抑制效果、果体抑制效果,采用果实喷洒防腐试验检验对梨果实的防腐保鲜效果。结果表明,NCPSJ7不同处理液对梨青霉病病原菌ACCC37275均有抑制作用,同时对梨采后青霉病均有不同程度的防治作用。具体地来说,发酵液、发酵上清液、菌悬液等带菌处理液对病原菌ACCC37275的抑制效果较好,而无菌胞外抗菌蛋白对梨果实的防腐保鲜作用较好。所以从实际应用角度考虑,NCPSJ7胞外抗菌蛋白更适用于梨采后青霉病的生物防治。 The aim was to estimate the biological control effects of pear blue mold disease and its pathogen by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NCPSJ7, which displayed a broad antimicrobial spectrum. Fermentation broth, fermentation supernatant, bacterial suspension, and sterile antibacterial protein of strain NCPSJ7 were selected as test samples. The inhibition effects of the test samples on pathogen ACCC37275 were studied using oxford cup diffusion or inoculation pathogen on punched fruit methods. Moreover, a fruit preservation test was adopted to investigate the effects of the test samples on the biological control of pear blue mold disease. It showed that compared with the sterile antibacterial protein, fermentation broth, fermentation supernatant, and bacterial suspension possessed better inhibition effects on the growth of pathogen mycelia, but relatively poorer control effects on pear blue mold disease. Therefore, from the practical point of view, the antibacterial protein secreted by B. amyloliquefaciens NCPSJ7 was more suitable for biological control of blue mold disease on pear fruit.
