摘要
对萍钢1号、3号高炉的结厚和结瘤物进行取样分析,发现锌是造成炉墙结厚、结瘤的主要因素;碱金属因其颗粒小易挥发,渗透能力强,容易使砌体膨胀变形,对高炉生产的危害较大。建议从源头上控制重金属、碱金属的含量。
The samples of scaffilding and crusting from No. 1, No. 3 blast furnace are analyzed in PXsteel. It is found that zinc is the main factor of furnace wall scaffolding. Alkali metals are liable to be volatile and have strong permeability due to the small particles, and easy to make masonry work expansion and deformation. It is harmful to blast furnace production. It is suggested that the content of heavy metaland alkali metal should be controlled from incoming material.
