摘要在总结企业技术创新评价研究成果的基础上,建立了一套可操作的企业技术创新综合评价指标体系。以福建省企业的技术创新为例,利用多元因子分析方法进行实证研究。最后针对企业在技术创新投入、产出和人才方面存在的问题提出政策建议。 On the basis of the research result on the evaluation of enterprise＇s technological innovation,this paper constructs a practical comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprisers technological innovation. Then taking the enterprises in Fujian province as the example,it evaluates their technological innovation by using the method of multivariate factor analysis. Finally, according to the problems existing in enterprise＇s technological innovation in the aspects of input,output and talented,it puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
