摘要
通过对传统护栏结构特点及其防撞性能总结的基础上,以生命安全为主体概念设计开发出了一种新型防撞护栏结构形式,对其在结构上的概念理论进行了分析;另外基于动态显式有限元法采用Hyperworks及LS-DYNA软件,采用重型车辆模型和4组护栏模型,建立了4组车辆—护栏的耦合系统碰撞仿真模型。通过对护栏防撞性能、导向性能及安全性能方面进行多角度分析,探讨了新型式护栏形式的结构性能及综合性防撞性能。
Based on structural feature and crashworthiness analyses of the traditional guardrails,this paper proposes a new type guardrail.This new guardrail was designed based on the concept of life safety.The design concept was analyzed and then the four dynamic simulation models of vehicle-guardrail collision systems were set up by using the dynamic explicit finite element method.With the Hyperworks and LS-DYNA software, simulations were performed.A comprehensive crashworthiness of the new guardrail was analyzed in the aspects of anti-collision performance,guiding performance and safety performance.
