早龄期混凝土与钢筋粘结时变性能试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Research on Time-dependent Bond Behavior Between Young Concrete and Reinforcing Steel Bars

摘要 通过对70个短锚钢筋混凝土试件进行拉拔试验,研究早龄期(1d至28d)混凝土与钢筋的粘结时变性能,并分析混凝土保护层厚度和钢筋直径的影响。试验研究表明:混凝土与钢筋间粘结性能受龄期的影响明显,随龄期的增长,早龄期混凝土与钢筋间极限粘结应力增大,而极限粘结应力对应的滑移受龄期的影响不明显。此外,研究还发现,当钢筋直径一定时,保护层厚度增大,极限粘结应力及对应的滑移也相应增大;而当保护层厚度一定时,钢筋直径增大,极限粘结应力及对应的滑移相应变小。通过对试验结果的回归分析,得到了早龄期混凝土与钢筋间极限粘结应力及其对应滑移的时变计算公式。 Through the pull-out tests of 70 reinforced concrete specimens,the bond performance of the steel reinforcement and young concrete,of which the concrete age varied from 1 day to 28 day,were studied.The in-fluence of concrete cover thickness and steel bar diameter on bond performance were analyzed.The results showed that the concrete age had significant influence on the bond performance between the reinforcing bars and the young concrete.The ultimate bond stress increased with the increased concrete age,while the corre-sponding slip was not obviously influenced by conctrete age.It was also found that the ultimate bond stress and the corresponding slip increased with the increased concrete cover thickness for a given reinforcing bar diame-ter,while the ultimate bond stress and the corresponding slip decreased with increased bar diameter for a given concrete cover thickness.A simplified formula of the ultimate bond stress and the corresponding slip was pro-posed based on the test results.
