To ensure the representativeness and credibility of occupational hazard factors determination result in the workplace, it is very important to proper select sampling ohject and sample quantity. This paper illustrated the basic steps by random number table to select sampling object and quantity relying on the specifications of air sampling for hazardous substances monitoring in the workplace.
