水通道蛋白与肾脏疾病研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 水通道蛋白(AQPs)是一个高选择性的运输水的膜通道蛋白家族,它们的存在使得细胞可以快速调节自身体积和内部渗透压,对维持机体的水平衡有着重要作用[1]。肾脏作为整个机体调节水平衡的主要器官,是体内AQPs含量最高的组织,其水通道蛋白的亚型分布也是最多的,至少有AQP1、AQP2、AQP3、AQP4、AQP6、AQP7、AQP8和AQP118种,是肾脏重吸收水分和浓缩尿液从而维持机体水平衡的主要分子基础[2,3]。同时,近年来的相关研究表明在多种肾脏疾病状态下,AQPs的表达会出现相应变化,参与相关疾病发生发展的病理生理过程。
