Aegisy滤器置入后28d回收的安全性及可行性分析 被引量:4

摘要 深静脉血栓形成(DVT)及其可能伴随发生的肺栓塞(PE)在临床死亡患者中是可以预防的,美国每年大约有500万人患DVT,约80%的PE由四肢静脉及盆腔静脉血栓脱落引起[1]。目前,经皮经静脉置入下腔静脉滤器(IVCF)成为预防PE发生的主要治疗方式。已有的商业滤器类型包括永久型滤器、临时滤器及可回收滤器,而应用永久型滤器其引起的并发症高达19%,包括下腔静脉血栓形成、下腔静脉闭塞及穿孔、滤器倾斜、滤器移位、肠道粘连等[2-4],使其逐渐被可回收型滤器所取代。
