CBFβ-MYH11在急性粒单细胞白血病的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 Inv (16)/t (16;16)形成了 CBFβ-MYH11融合基因, CBFβ-MYH11基因与突变的KIT基因共同作用,在白血病发病过程中可能起重要作用[1]。Inv(16)/t(16;16)是急性髓系白血病(AML)较常见的染色体异常,占总AML患者的10%~15%,最多见于M4Eo亚型[2]。因此,本研究采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法,探讨CBFβ-MYH11基因在急性粒单细胞白血病中的表达情况,在急性粒单细胞白血病初发、缓解、复发各阶段的表达规律,以及CBFβ-MYH11基因作为急性粒单细胞白血病标志物用于微小残留病监测,预测复发的可能性。
