摘要
在公立医院改革进入到以县级医院为重点的背景下,从县级公立医院改革转型的必要性,结合高州市人民医院的实践,认为管办分开、正向激励、培养自有人才、先进技术下县城、平价医疗同时控制成本是我国县级公立医院改革转型的可行之路。
Under the environment of county hospital reform as a breakthrough of public hospital reform, based on the analysis of the necessity of county hospital reform and combined with the practice of Gaozhou Hospital, it shows that separating of regulation from operation, positive incentive, human resources training, introducing advanced technology, medical service provision at a price lower of cost and cost control are the feasible way for county hospital reform in China.
