摘要
国土空间开发战略对保证国土开发的良好秩序发挥着全面协调和宏观调控的功能,是市场经济条件下实现可持续发展必不可少的公共管理和调控工具。本文在我国启动新一轮全国国土规划纲要编制的背景下,以国土空间开发的战略选择为切入点,研究提出"多中心网络型"集聚开发格局,陆域9区、海域5区的国土分区发展指引等成果,以期对未来我国国土空间一体化可持续发展提供有益参考与借鉴。
National spatial development strategy plays a comprehensive coordination and macro control functions to ensure the land development in good order. It is an essential public management and control tool to achieve sustainable development under market economy. This paper, under the background of Chinese national launching of a new round of land planning, and starting with strategic choices of land and space development, puts forward the research results, such as ＂multi-centers network＂ cluster development pattern and land partition development guide for 9 land areas and 5 sea areas, in order to provide a useful reference for the sustainable development of national land and spatial integration in the future
