摘要
师范生就业困难是大学生就业问题中的突出问题,本文对顶岗实习与提升师范生就业能力之间的关系、顶岗实习中出现的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相关建议.
Normal students＇ employment is an difficult outstanding issue in employment of college students. In this paper,the relationship of practice of replacing post and enhancing the employability of normal university students are discussed. Meanwhile,the problems in practice of replacing post and suggestion are pointed out.
