再论“王斌首创四声说”——与杜晓勤商榷

Revisiting the Claim of “Wang Bin(王斌) Initiating the Four Tones of Chinese Pronunciation”—A Discussion with Du Xiaoqin

关于"四声之目"的发明,高华平在《"四声之目"的发明时间及创始人再议》中提出"王斌首创四声说",杜晓勤在《"王斌首创四声说"辨误》中提出所谓"辨伪"。实则杜文所谓"辨误",本身存在很多逻辑和事实上的谬误,主要表现在两个方面:一是张冠李戴,论证不严密;二是罔顾事实,轻易否定他人。故对其存在的问题逐一加以辩驳。

With regard to the authorship of the four tones of modern standard Chinese pronunciation,scholars do not see eye to eye. Gao Huaping（ 高华平） argues in＂Again on the Contrivance Time and the Inventor of the‘Eyes of the Four Tones＇ ＂that Wang Bin（ 王斌） was the contriver of the four tones,while Du Xiaoqin（ 杜晓勤） also carefully scrutinizes and discriminates details revolving around the claim of attributing Wang Bin to the ‘Four tones＇ in his own paper. However,Du＇s attempt at ‘eliminating the false and retaining the true＇is profuse with fallacies both logically and factually,which can find vivid expression in terms of two aspects： one is imprecise reasoning that leads to confusion of one thing for another; and the other is repudiation of others at will in disregard of the facts. In this regard,the present paper tries to discuss or even refute those false claims or arguments,if any,in a one by one manner.
