摘要
校长素养的构成,决定于学校发展。学校的内涵发展呼唤校长追求教育家的境界,而外在发展要求校长认同经营家的角色。中学校长素养是教育家素养与经营家素养的整合。守望教育理想、提升实践创新能力、陶冶人格操守是校长的教育家素养提升之路,而知人善任、多谋善断、协调公关三方面能力的养成则是校长经营家素养提升的着力点。
The professional qualities of a school principal are dependent upon the overall school development. The internal development of a school requires that its principal should set himself or herself the goal of being an educator,while the external development of a school requires that its principal should identify with the role of a general manager. In a sense,the professionalism of a school principal is a combination of the professionalism of an educator and that of a general manager. To enhance his or her professional qualities as an educator,a school principal must embark on the path of remaining true to educational ideals,improving practical and innovative capabilities,and boosting morality and personal integrity. Correspondingly,to enhance his or her professional qualities as a general manager,a school principal must excel in the following three aspects,namely,discovering able subordinates and
