试论弘扬八一精神在高校思想政治教育中的作用

On the Function of Carrying Forward Bayi Spirit in the Ideological and Political Education in Universities

八一精神源于八一南昌起义,是中国共产党人的革命精神。它上承于马克思列宁主义,下启于中国共产党井冈山精神、苏区精神、长征精神等革命精神,是中国革命精神之源。在新的历史条件下,宣传、继承和弘扬八一精神,发挥其理论和实践价值,对加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作,引导高校师生坚定理想信念,弘扬革命传统,提升自身思想政治素质具有十分重要的作用。

Bayi spirit originated from Nanchang Bayi uprising, and it is the revolutionary spirit of the communist Party of China. It inherited from Marxism and Leninism, and developed the Jinggangshan spirit, soviet area spirit, and long march spirit. It is the source of the Chinese revolution spirit. Under the new historical conditions, it plays an important role to advertise, inherit, carry forward Bayi spirit, exert its theoretical and practical value, strengthen and improve ideological and political education work, guide the firm ideal faith, carry forward the revolutionary tradition, and raise their ideological and political quality.
