导航设备危机管理与夜间监控预警系统的研制

本课题的研究内容是针对绵阳机场导航设备运行中存在的突发故障、人员业务技能、监控预警的危机风险,通过总结运行规律和分析设备所发生的故障以及引起设备中断的原因,形成一套系统的《绵阳南郊机场导航设备运行危机防控管理手册》,降低设备故障率和减少设备中断运行的时间;针对设备运行中存在的技术缺陷和监控盲区,设计和研制导航设备夜间监控预警系统,实现无人机房的实时监控,尽量降低机器设备本身及其带来的损失和对飞行安全的影响。

The research content of this subject is to form a manual of ＆lt; Crisis control and prevention management manual of Navigation equipments operation in Mian Yang Nan Jiao Airport＆gt;,which is distinctive,feasible and practical.The manual is formed accord with civil aviation regulations and occupation standard. Over 10 years’operation trait, summary of the operation of law and analysis of equipment interception and faults are also the important basis.We can achieve the following goals by this manual： Decreasing equipments failure rates and interception time; Design and develop Monitoring and warning system of navigation equipment at night;Realizing the realtime monitoring of unmanned room to reduce the equipment maintenance cost;Making the operator on duty to find the fault on time so that we can reduce the loss and also the influence to flight safety caused by equipment itself and the faults.
