养老院消防设计浅议

Discussion on the Fire Protection Design of Rest Homes

本文结合作者辖区实际,说明了养老院的概念和现状,分析了其火灾危险性和建筑分类。针对老年人的身体状态和自理能力的不同,结合并严于现行消防技术规范,指出了养老院的消防设计要点,并对规范提出了改进建议。

This paper illustrated the concept and status quo of rest homes, and analyzed their risk of fire accident and building classification. It pointed out the key points of the fire protection design of rest homes, according to the health status and self-care ability of the elderly. It also put forward suggestions for the improvement of current fire technical codes.
