通用航空维修人才培养模式研究

Research of Personnel Training Mode in General Aviation

随着国家支持通用航空发展政策的制定,我国通用航空业出现了蓬勃发展的趋势,同时也凸显出通用航空发展中维修人才培养的缺陷。本文通过与美国通用航空人才培养模式的比较分析,指出了我国通用航空维修人才培养模式单一的缺陷,并针对通用航空维修人员紧缺的现状,提出了四种基本的培养模式。

General aviation developed rapidly in China under the supporting policy from government. At the same time, the defects were revealed about the personnel training mode in general aviation. Comparing with America, personnel training mode in China is very simple. In this paper, we proposed four modes of the training of maintenance personnel.
