摘要
针对新疆少数民族地矿类人才紧缺的现状,新疆大学地质与矿业工程学院抓住自治区重点紧缺专业建设的重要发展契机,扩大招生规模,每年招收3个民族班100余名少数民族学生。学院在充分借鉴国内地矿院校成功经验的基础上,结合新疆地区少数民族大学生的实际情况,通过"导师制"、"教学模式"、"育人环境"、"招生体制"、"教学管理"等一系列体制的配套改革和实践,构建了具有该校特色的地矿类少数民族拔尖人才培养模式。
Aiming at the current shortage situation of Xinjiang minority talents, school of geology and mining engineering Xinjiang University catched significant chances of the Key Shortage Professional Building of autonomous region,amplified enrollment scale and 100students in 3minority classes has been recruited. Take examples of successful experience of geoscience academies through nation, we school combined physical truth of Xinjiang minority college students, established a featured cultural model of minority top-notch personnel in geoscience, by a series of supporting reforms and practice in Tutorial system, Model of teaching, Surroundings of educating, Enrollment and Teaching management.
