摘要
本文研究合成4-氟-3-苯氧基苯甲醛和光学活性cis-氯三氟菊酸及相应的酯,并进行了酯的生物活性测定。测定结果表明以(+)cis异构体活性为最佳。它比著名的cyhalothrin活性高。
This paper presents a description for the synthesis of 4-fluoro-3-phenoxybenaldehyde and the optical isomers of cis-2, 2-dimethyl-3-(2'-chloro-3', 3', 3',-trifluoropropenyl-1) eyclopropane carboxylio acid. The aldehyde is reacted with the acid in presence of KCN, PTC to give the esters. The esters are tested diologically. The results show that (+)cis-isomer of the esters is the most activity of all esters. It's biological activity is greater than that of cyhalothrin.
