摘要
接触电阻是衡量弓网受流质量可靠性的重要指标,在机车运行过程中,希望弓网接触表面具有较小而稳定的接触电阻.依据弓网电接触界面的微观电阻特性,详细分析了影响弓网受流质量的接触面积及接触斑点数,建立了量化电接触界面电阻的表面特征统计模型.试验结果表明,该分析方法是可行且有效的.
Contact resistance is an important factor to judge the reliability of current-collecting quality of pantograph-catenary.And it is expected to get smaller and stable contact resistance in the process of locomotive run.Based on micro resistance characteristics of pantograph-catenary e-lectrical contact interface,the effect of contact area and contact number of spots on the quality of pantograph-catenary current-collecting are analyzed in detail,and a statistical model of surface characteristics is established to quantify the electrical contact interface resistance.The test results show that the analytical method is feasible and effective.
