杂质As在铜电解精炼中走向分布研究

摘要 详细统计了铜电解精炼中阳极板带入As量、黑铜粉除去As量、电解液中As含量变化,计算出了电解液自净化除As率.结果表明,系统电解液自净化除As能力范围较大,除As率可以在20%~60%之间波动;维持电解液中较高的As含量有利于提高系统的自净化除As率,即使As含量高达16g/L也不会影响阴极铜的质量,A级铜的产出率仍然可以达到98%以上;可以根据系统的As含量变化趋势选择合适的自净化率,进而合理安排电积通电槽数,节约能耗;由系统自净化除As产生的渣中As含量从高到低依次是电解槽壁渣>管道渣>板框滤渣>低位槽渣> Larox滤渣. The amounts of As from anode plates, amounts of removed As from the black copper powder and the changes of As contents in electrolyte were counted in details. And then the As removal rate attributed to the electrolyte's self-purification was calculated. The results showed that the range of the system's capability to remove As attributed to the self-purification is widely, the As removal rate waved from 20% to 60%. Maintaining high content of As in electrolyte can improve the system's As removal rate, even if the As content is up to 16 g/L, it wouldn't impact the cathode copper quality, the grade A copper output rate can still come up to 98%. The suitable self-purification rate can be chosen according to the changes trend of the system's As contents, then energized elec- trode-position cell numbers can be determined to save energy consumption. The As contents in residue produced from self-purification system from high to low can be arranged as follows: the electrolytic cell wall residue's 〉 pipeline residue's 〉 sheet filter residue's 〉 low cell residue's 〉 Larox filter residue's.
