电解阴极片自动进料机的研发

摘要 锌、铅、铜等电解阴极片工频炉熔铸通常采用人工进料,不仅劳动强度大、效率低,而且其不均匀性严重影响工频炉的使用寿命。研发了一种锌电解阴极片自动进料机,该机不仅运行平稳,推料准确,而且维修方便,改变了工频炉的进料方式,实现了熔铸设备加料自动化。 The feeding of casting of main-frequency induction furnace for electrolytic cathode of zinc, lead, copper, etc. usually was finished by workers, however, this method's labour intensity is strong, and efficiency is low, and its nonuniform seriously effect the service life of main-frequency induction furnace. An automatic feeding machine for zinc electrolytic cathode was developed. The machine has excellent performance, such as steady operation, accurate pusher, convenient maintenance, etc. which changes the feeding method of mainfrequency induction furnace, realizes feeding automation of casting devices.
