摘要 目的研究BDNF基因多态性与颞叶癫痫患者的相关性。方法选取本院和广东三九脑科医院神经内科门诊及住院患者,颞叶癫痫组(20名),特发性癫痫组(20名),同时设置对照组为随机选择的我院体检中心健康个体(40名)。测定这三组人群的BDNF基因的功能位点rs6265单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分布。结果颞叶癫痫组以及特发性癫痫组的BDNF基因的功能位点rs6265基因型的频率与对照组无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 BDNF基因多态性与颞叶癫痫患者易感性可能无关。 Objective To explore the correlation between the polymorphism of the BDNF gene and temporal lobe epilepsy patients. Methods 40 patients in our hospital and the Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital were selected, and divided into a temporal lobe epilepsy group (with 20 cases in it) and an idiopathic epilepsy group (with 20 cases in it). Meanwhile, 40 healthy adults wererandomly selected in our medical examination center as the control group. We assgined these three groups to detect the distribution of their single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPS) of rs6265, the ftmctional sites of the BDNF gene. Results The frequency of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPS) of rs6265 in the temporal lobe epilepsy group and the idiopathic epilepsy group were not sifnificantly different from that in the control group (P 〉0.05). Conclusions The polymorphism of BDNF gene may be not related to the susceptibility in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy.
