自噬基因Beclin-1在子宫腺肌病中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨子宫腺肌病中细胞自噬基因Beclin-1的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测82例子宫腺肌病、40例子宫内膜样腺癌、及20例正常子宫内膜组织中自噬基因Beclin-1蛋白及细胞凋亡的标记物Ki-67蛋白的表达水平。结果子宫腺肌病中异位子宫内膜及子宫内膜样腺癌中Beclin-1表达水平低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05);Beclin-1表达随着临床症状严重程度而下调(P<0.05)。在正常子宫内膜组织中Ki-67微弱表达,在子宫腺肌病及子宫内膜腺癌中的Ki-67表达均显著上调。结论子宫腺肌病与子宫内膜样腺癌类似,其发生、发展中自噬基因Beclin-1起到一定的作用。 Objective Beclin-1 is a autophagy gene. In .this study, we employed the immunohistochemical manner to detect the Beclin-I gene and Ki-67 in eutopic and ectopic endometrial cells expression and its significance in adenomyosis. Methods SP immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of Beclin -1 gene and Ki-67 in specimens of 20 nomal endometrial cells, 82 adenomyosin in eutopic and ectopic endometrial cells, 40 endometrioid adenocarcinoma cells. Results The positivity rates of Beclin-1 expression in the adenomyosin ectopic endometrial cells and endometrioid adenocarcinoma cells were significantly lower than the nomal endometrial cells. Ki-67 was significantly higher in the adenomyosis ectopic endometrial cells and endometrioid adenocarcinoma ceils. Conclusions The abnormal expression of Beclin-1 is closely associated with the pathogenesis and development of adenomyosis, and may play an important role in this process.
