负压封闭引流技术治疗开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的护理评价

Evaluation on Nursing of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technique in the Treatment of Open Fracture with Soft Tissue Defect

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的护理措施。方法选取2012年3月至2013年11月在我院住院治疗的开放性骨折合并软组织缺损患者82例,并随机分为观察组(负压封闭持续引流及相关护理)和对照组(传统的清创处理及常规护理)各41例,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.2%,明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率75.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗开放性骨折合并软组织缺损患者并给予相应的护理,可有效封闭创面,促进骨折愈合,降低二期手术、并发症的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） technology for the treatment of open fractures with soft tissue defect. Methods 80 patients with open fractures complicated with soft tissue defect in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The observation group received continuous VSD and related care, while the control group received traditional debridement and routine care. The clinical effects were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.2%, significantly higher than 75.6% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with open fractures complicated with soft tissue defect, vacuum sealing drainage and its related care can effectively close the wound, promote healing, reduce the incidence of second stage surgery and complications, and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
