目前便携式网络视频应用越来越广泛,这些便携式设备一般带有GPS定位功能,现有的网络视频系统SDK难以与GIS系统实现集成,需在此基础上采用WCF的方法实现网络视频服务的发布与集成。

Portable network video monitoring is applied more and more extensively at present . Portable network video equipment generally has GPS positioning function . SDK API is difficult to being integrated with GIS . Network video WebService publishing is necessary to integrate with other system based on WCF .
