摘要
针对批量生产中数控加工装夹问题,以企业实际生产的基座小轴工件为例,分析其数控加工工艺。为了充分发挥数控机床工序集中加工特点,在钻夹具设计过程中,提出采用一体多件气动装夹夹具设计方案。实践证明,一体多件装夹夹具装置可大大提高数控机床加工生产效率。
For the setup problem of numerical control (NC) machining with batch production, taking the base small shaft workpiece of practical producing in corporation as an example, and analysis of its NC machining process, in order to give full play to the integrated processing of machining characteristics of NC machine tools, the fixture design planning of multi-workpiece installation on one-body is presented to use during drilling fixture design.
