摘要
通过乌江梯级水电站群优化调度自动发电控制理论研究,建立梯级实时控制模型,开发梯级AGC软件系统,实现水电站集控中心与电力调度机构日发电计划的在线交互会商。软件系统从电力调度机构接收梯级总负荷并进行自动优化分配,经计算机监控系统分发实时执行,为实现梯级自动优化调度奠定技术基础。流域梯级AGC优化控制策略研究及应用,使调度人员从计算、分析数据直接转入决策过程,对梯级优化调度运行具有辅助决策价值,提高了电力调度机构、集控中心对水电集群的调度能力。
Theory of automatic generation control ( AGC ) with dispatch optimization is studied and applied in cascade hydropower stations in Wujiang river .A cascade real-time control model is established , and an AGC software system is developed .With these , an online interactive negotiation of the daily power generation plan can be realized between the stations control center and the power dispatching department .In the AGC software system , the total power load that received from the dispatching department is allocated automatically after optimization , and then distributed to each station for implementation by the computer monitoring and control system .It builds a sound technical basis for the automatic optimized dispatching of cascade stations .With the cascade optimization control with AGC system , the process of calculation and data analysis is done automatically by the system , and the dispatching staff just need to care about the decision making.Thus, dispatching ability for the control center and the power dispatching department of cascade hydropower stations can largely improved .
