Discussion on Optimization of Ecological Operation for Hydropower Projects

协调好水电开发、运营和环境保护之间的矛盾,已成为新时期水电领域亟待解决的关键。在水电工程漫长的运营期内,建立科学的生态调度模式和机制,是解决这一问题的核心所在。确立正确的生态调度原则与细则,建立动态评估与调整机制,建立相关水文监测和流域大数据库等,则是解决问题的重中之重。

Coordination among the hydropower development , operation of hydropower stations and the environmental protection has become an important issue that should be deal with .The key for solving this issue is to built a scientific ecological operation mode and mechanism in the long operation period of hydropower projects .More importantly , correct ecological operation principles and rules should be established .Dynamic assessment and adjustment mechanism should be built.And corresponding databases for hydrological monitoring and basin information should be developed .
