摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定结石通胶囊中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5um），乙腈．0．5％磷酸溶液（7：93）为流动相，柱温35℃，流速1．0mL／min，检测波长326nm。结果绿原酸在0．02042～1．0210μg范围内，峰面积与进样量线性关系良好，r=9999，平均回收率为99．00％，RSD2．54％（n=9）。结论该方法重复性、准确性良好，可用于测定结石通胶囊中绿原酸含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong Capsules. Methods C18 column （250 minX4.6 mm, 5μm） was used at 35 C with acetonitrile-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution （7：93） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was good linear in the range of 0.02042-1.0210 μg （r=0.9999）, and the average recovery was 99.00 % with RSD of 2.54 % （n=9）. Conclusion This method is accurate and repeatable. It can be applied to quality control of Jieshitong Capsules.
