Experience of Supervision and Intervention of Our Hospital's Extraordinary Medication

目的规范超常用药管理,促进临床合理用药。方法建立医院、药剂科和临床科室三级干预管理机制,从多个环节严格控制和干预超常用药。结果超常用药处方明显减少,超说明书用药得到规范管理。结论医院必须建立临床用药动态监控和超常预警体系,对超常用药实行多方位干预,以有效地减少不合理用药,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。

Objective To standardize the management of extraordinary medication so as to promote the clinical rational drug use. Methods Three-level intervention management mechanism including the hospital, pharmacy department and clinical departments, was established to strictly control and intervene extraordinary medication by many ways. Results Extraordinary prescriptions decreased significantly and the off-label use was standardized. Conclusion Hospital must establish dynamic monitoring and extraordinary prewarning system that can intervene extraordinary medication comprehensively, so as to reduce the unreasonable drug use effectively and ensure safe, effective and economic drug use.
