Research Progress on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii

金线莲为兰科开唇兰属多年生草本植物,具有重要的药用价值。该文对金线莲组培快繁的研究现状进行了综述,包括金线莲无菌培养的建立、增殖培养、生根培养及移栽驯化4个阶段,以期为今后组培方面的相关研究提供一定参考。

The Anoectochilus roxburghii belongs to the genus Anoectochilus Bl.（Orchid）,which is a perennial herb plant and plays an important role in medical use. This paper summarized the advances of A noectochilus roxburghii tissue culture,including the establishment of aseptic system,multiplication culture,rooting culture,transplanting domestication. We hoped that the paper could provide a scientific basis for further study in tissue culture of A noectochilus roxburghii.
