摘要
研究了木瓜中的6种有机氯农药(包括α-666、β-666、p,p'-DDE、o,p'-DDT、p,p'-DDD、p,p'-DDT)残留量的气相色谱测定方法。采用乙腈提取,弗罗里矽柱柱净化,HP-5柱色谱分离,ECD检测器检测,6种有机氯农药在15 min内获得良好的分离,线性相关系数r2为0.99518-0.99906,检测限可达0.0001-0.0020 mg/kg,当添加水平为0.2 mg/kg时,该法回收率范围为84.1%-110.9%。该法快速灵敏,且易操作。
A method for determination of 6 organochlorine pesticides residue(includingα-666,β-666,p,p’-DDE,o,p’-DDT,p,p’-DDD,p,p’-DDT)in fructus chaenomelis by gas chromatography was investigated.The six pesticides could be well separated within 15 min in a HP-5 column after being extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by solid-phase florisil column.The pesticides were detected with ECD detector. As a spiked level was 0.2 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 84.1%-110.9%,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.995 18 to 0.999 06,the detection limits were 0.000 1-0.002 0 mg/kg.The method were quick,sensitive and easy in operation.
