伊布利特在转复房颤、房扑中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察伊布利特转复房颤、房扑的临床效果。方法选择持续房颤或房扑,且发病时间少于3个月患者11例,给予伊布利特静脉注射,分析房颤、房扑患者静脉注射后的转复效果。结果11例患者9例转复窦性心律,2例未转复,转律有效率为54.55%,显效率为27.27%,且使用伊布利特转律的患者转律时间集中于30~40 min。结论伊布利特转复房颤、房扑具有起效快,成功率高,安全性好的特点。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ibutilide in cardioversion of atrial fibrillation ( AF) and atrial flutter ( AFL) .Methods 12 patients with AF and AFL were given intravenous injection of ibutilide and the effect of their cardiover -sion was analyzed .Results 9 patients restored sinus rhythm , and 2 patients failed .Conclusion Ibutilide is characterized by fast effect in cardioversion , high success rate and reliable security .
