本文在简述协同视角下竞争情报联盟构建的前提下,从联盟构建与运行过程的角度,提出了竞争情报联盟运行的动力机制、控制协调机制、情报共享机制和支持保障机制,通过这四个机制的共同作用,维持竞争情报联盟正常有序运行。

This article briefly describes the operation mechanism on the premise of construction of competitive intelligence alliance from the perspective of synergetie, and then puts forward dynamic mechanism, control and coordination mechanism, information sharing mechanism and support mechanism of the competitive intelligence alliance from the angle of construction of alliance and operation process. The normal and orderly operation of the competitive intelligence alliance can be maintained, through the combination of these four mechanisms.
