农民创业者信息结构及信息获取机制研究

Study of Information Structure and Information Acquisition Mechanism of Farmer Entrepreneurs

鼓励广大的农民群体进行创业活动是解决社会就业,提升农民收入水平、打破城乡二元经济发展不平衡的重要路径。然而农民创业者缺乏创业方面的信息,加上他们的教育水平普遍不高、缺乏创业经验、缺乏市场意识、对风险的评估能力有限等等。这些极大地阻碍了农民创业活动的开展。基于此,本研究深入分析了农民创业者的信息结构及其影响因子,从农民创业者自身特征出发构建相应的信息获取机制,并提出相应对策,以指导农民创业者更好地进行创业活动。

Encouragement majority of farmer groups to conduct entrepreneurial activity is critical path to solve social employment, to enhance farmers income levels, to break the imbalance in the urban-rural economic development. However, farmer entrepreneurs lack of the information. The general level of education is not high. They lack of entrepreneurial experience, market awareness, the ability to assess risk and so on. These also greatly hinder farmer entrepreneurial activities. Based on this, this paper analyses deeply information structure and its influencing factors, builds appropriate information acquisition mechanisms starting from the farmer entrepreneurs own characteristics, and proposes appropriate countermeasures to guide farmer entrepreneurs to better carry out entrepreneurial activities.
