摘要
目的探讨急诊科对食物中毒事件中大批量病人的组织管理与急救护理模式。方法对比一般管理模式与医护一体化两种模式,在应对食物中毒后大批量病人的急救与护理工作中的优缺点。结果医护一体化管理病人的模式与一般管理模式相比,有益于医护人员的急救意识、工作协调性、时效性、医护人员及病人的满意度的明显提升。结论在应对食物中毒事件中大批量病人时,医护一体化的组织管理方法是科学、合理、有效的,有利于病人得到最优的诊疗护理服务。
Objective To explore the management and emergency care mode in the department of emergency after food poisoning incident. Methods Compare the advantages and disadvantages between general management mode and medical care integration mode in the emergency medical rescue and nursing work after food poisoning incident. Results Compared with general management, medical care integration mode has a benefit in raising medical staff awareness, coordination, timelines, and the satisfaction of medical personnel and patien. Conclusions Medical care integration mode is a scientific, reasonable, effective method in managing group wounded, and it will benefit patients with best medical care service.
