摘要
灾害伤病员的概念体系是进行伤病员分析和预计的前提。本文总结了目前国内外灾害伤病员的概念及其分类方法,参考借鉴战时卫生勤务学中的"减员理论",尝试初步构建灾害伤病员的概念体系。
Disaster casualty concept system is the premise for casualty analysis and casualty estimation. This paper summarized current domestic and international casualty concepts and their classification methods,and intended to build the disaster casualty concept system according to＂Casualty Theories＂in health service science of the wartime.
