1 Case of Pulmonary Distomiasis Misdiagnosed as Tuberculous Pleurisy

本文通过分析1例肺吸虫病误诊为结核性胸膜炎的临床病例,及其治疗转归,得出结论:临床上应重视病史的采集,问诊要详细、全面,诊断时不仅要考虑常见病,更不能忽视少见病。

This report analyzed 1 clinical case of pulmonary distomiasis misdiagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy,its treatment and prognosis,and concluded that clinical doctors should pay attention to the collection of medical history,inquiry should be detail and comprehensive. Common diseases and rare diseases should both be considered when making a diagnosis.
