Nursing Management Experience of Successful Rescuing Two Pilots With Sea Ejection Injuries

本文通过对2例海上弹射伤飞行员院前院内急救护理管理的分析,总结出:针对突发事件发生时要及时成立救援指挥组,迅速组织人员进行救援工作;要有一支训练有素的卫勤保障队伍;飞行员要提高自身自救逃生技能;军队医院要加强培养护士应急能力。

This paper analyzed nursing management of pre-hospital and hospital emergency treatment of two pilots with sea ejection injuries,and concluded that it should set up a rescue management team and organize rescuers immediately; there should be a well-trained medical support corps; pilots should improve the ability of self-help to escape; the army hospital should strengthen the training of nurses’ ability to cope with emergent events.
