教育分权下英国学校公民教育的课程差异与困境 被引量:5

摘要 英国是一个民族、信仰多元化的国家,构建和尊重多元文化、促进社会和谐发展成为公民教育的核心目标。教育权力下放使得英国公民教育逐渐呈现出明显的多样性。英国公民教育在尊重多样性的同时,各个王国在实施过程中形成的课程差异也给整个英国公民教育平等有序地发展带来严重障碍,降低了青少年的社会参与度和社会凝聚力。未来的英国公民教育课程需要在统一性和多样性之间探索出一条有效的路径以促进公民教育的健康发展。 UK is a nation of faith diversified country, building, and respect for cultural diversity and promote social harmony and development of the core objectives of citizenship education. Education decentralization makes citizenship education gradually showing a significant diversity. Citizenship education programs respect the diversity, but the differences make serious obstacles equality and orderly development in the UK, reducing the active participation of youth awareness and social integration. It needs explore a valid path between unity and diversity in order to promote the healthy development of citizenship education in the future.
