Research on the Security Management Model of Digital Collections Based on PDCA Cycle

PDCA循环是过程方法的典型代表,适用于数字馆藏安全管理。借鉴PDCA循环理论,图书馆可以从制定、执行、检查和改进数字馆藏安全管理计划等环节构建基于PDCA循环的数字馆藏安全管理模型,该模型由PDCA循环链和数字馆藏安全管理中心两部分组成。图书馆应重点做好PDCA循环的节点控制,保证管理工作有序进行,不断提高数字馆藏安全管理水平。

PDCA Cycle is the typical representative of the process method, which applies to the security management of digital collections. By using PDCA Cycle for reference, libraries could build the security management model of digital collections based on PDCA Cycle through formulating, implementing, checking and improving the security management project of digital collections, which consists of two parts that are the PDCA Cycle chain and the security management center of digital collections. Libraries should focus on doing well in the node control of PDCA Cycle to ensure that management work is in an orderly way and improve the security management level of digital collections constantly.
